School Rules

All students of the school are expected to maintain a high standard of discipline and behaviour, both inside and outside the school premises and in pursuance of that, the following rules have been laid down

  1. Students should reach school fifteen minutes before the school bell rings for Assembly. Late comers, improperly dressed students or any other kind of defaulter will be fined or would be sent back home at the risk of parent/guardian.
  2. Students should be polite wherever they are. Shouting and whistling is not permitted in the school building, bus or in the campus.
  3. School is not responsible for goods or money lost. Hence, parents should not give valuable articles like watches, gold ornaments or fancy articles to their wards.
  4. Parents are not allowed to visit students or teachers in classrooms without the permission of the Principal or the MD.
  5. For birthday celebrations, students are allowed to bring only standard quality of toffees. No other kind of preparation/sweets or drinks are allowed.
  6. Tiffins should be brought for lunch. Purchase of eatables from vendors outside the school is strictly prohibited.
    • Attendance of a pupil should not be less than 90%. Absence from school should be sought in writing well in time.
    • Proper medical certificate should be submitted in case of sick leave.
    • If a student is suffering from an infectious disease, he/she should not attend the school till it is cured.
  7. Students should get their progress report cards signed and returned on the next working day of issue. A fine of Rs.50/- will be levied in case of any damage or loss of the progress report card.
  8. A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue in the school.
  9. If there is any malpractice during exams, any disruptive activity or any misconduct by any student, the disciplinary action taken by the Principal shall be final and binding to all.
  10. No student will be allowed to leave the school during school hours without parent’s written permission or without an escort except on compassionate grounds.
  11. Parents can withdraw their ward from school by giving one month’s notice in writing or one month’s fees payable in lieu thereof.
  12. A student can be rusticated from school by the Principal/Head of Institution, at any time without any notice if :-
    • She/he commits gross misconduct and violates the rules of the school.
    • She/he indulges in wilful damage of school property.
    • Non-payment of dues in time.
    • Breach of discipline.
  13. Fees/Dues must be paid by the 10th of the due month, failing which late fine will be levied. Fee instructions to be followed as per on reverse of the receipt. If the fees /dues are not paid by the end of the month, the name of the pupil will be struck off the roll, and re-admission will have to be sought after paying the dues and subject to vacancy.
  14. Library and Laboratory rules will be followed strictly.
  15. No student is allowed to drive a Scooter, Motor Cycle, or a Car/Jeep without a proper driving licence.
